Group Exercise Classes
Help you keep a fitness routine! These classes are a great way to schedule your workouts and add variety to your exercise program!

Classes include:
BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy interval training class combining athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises.
BODYPUMP™ is the original LES MILLS™ barbell class that will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body.
BODYSTEP™is a step workout that uses a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step.
Core Strength is 30 minutes of killer ab work. All levels welcome.
Group Cycle is an aerobic/anaerobic workout on a stationary bike designed for all fitness levels.
H.I.T (High Intensity Training) is designed for men and women looking to challenge their fitness stamina. Certified-Trainer-led workouts use steps, weights, bands, kettlebells, and individuals’ own body weight to increase fat burning in the least amount of time.
Pilates works on the body’s core, the center of our “powerhouse” (hips to shoulders). A strong core relates to a healthy low back, better posture and more functional movement patterns.
SilverSneakers® Muscular Strength & Range of Movement (MSROM) includes a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living.
Total Body Resistance Training (TRX) is a method of functional training with an edge over conventional training due to a unique combination of body weight and gravity. TRX Suspension Training incorporated strength, flexibility, balance, and core stability all at once. All fitness levels welcome. All sessions include pre and post group Wellness Assesments.
Turbo Kick is an addictive workout that combines shadow boxing, kickboxing, sports drills and simple dance moves.
Yoga is inspiring, energizing and calming. Breathing and relaxation exercise techniques form a complete mind and body workout.
Zumba® Fitness uses exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats.
Kettlebell Conditioning
Full Body training for fundamental fitness. This class uses specialzed kettlebell techniques, ropes, and body weight exercise that blur the line between traditional notions of flexibility, strength and cardio.

Mixed Martial Arts Conditioning
This class is designed to condition with sparring related movements and
cardio training to get you in shape like a fighter. Open to everyone, men and women.

LESMILLS Quaterly Launch
Come experience our LESMILLS™ Programming including BODYPUMP™, BODYATTACK™ and BODYSTEP™. In October we launch new music and new moves. This is a great way to meet all our certifiedinstructors and try ourvarious fitness classes. This is FREE to members and non members. Check the fitness schedule for class times.

Running Group
Train to run a 1/2 marathon or 10K Corporate Cup with our team in the Fall! The Program includes a training schedule, weekly e-mails, and Saturday team runs.

Team Weight Loss Challenge (TWL)
Lose weight and regain your health in our TWL Challenge. Each team member will receive a pre and post fitness assestment and be coached by a certified personal trainer. You will meet with your trainer twice a week for 7 weeks as well as receive nutritional education.

Pilates Personal Training
